# 90 degree rotation option for alphas (e.g. drag tool has no rotation)

For some tools, it would be good to be able to rotate the alpha 90 degrees. The drag tool, for example, has a fixed position.

This is cool, but 90 degree only is a bit limited, isn’t it?  
I free rotate with snap, like with trim line would make sense. This would give a bunch of new options for any tool, sculpting or painting.

And a a rotation lock for alphas to fix angle whatever your stroke direction is.

I thought I’d ask for the simplest version, if it’s up to me I’ll join your suggestions of course !
